Inspiration Board: When in Rome

I’ve had Rome on the brain lately. It’s one of my favourite cities ever, and I haven’t been back for way, way, way too long. If I have my way, this is the year I’ll correct that. I can’t think of anything better than wandering the Roman streets, nibbling on cherries and parmesan and prosciutto. Sitting on the Spanish steps or seeing all the monuments lit up at night. There’s nowhere quite like Rome.

For the inspiration board, I’ve combined Rome’s natural taupes and greys with soft yellows, floaty fabrics and maybe the cutest ever wedding car! When you have a backdrop as beautiful as this, keep your decor simple and textured, like¬†topiaries and olive shoots tucked into napkins. And don’t forget the limoncello favours! The perfect way for guests to remind themselves of how bellissimo your day was.
