20 Best Ceremony Setups of 2017

Ceremony style has been a real focus in weddings this year, from gorgeous arches to stunning scenery, drapes to chandeliers, and everything in between. I’m so thrilled that ceremonies are finally getting the attention they deserve – after all, they should be the focal point of the day, and while extravagant decor must always take second place to the vows being exchanged, there’s nothing wrong with wanting to set the scene for full-blown romance! From boho to luxe, these were the ceremony setups we loved most this year.

Candice says: “The flowers were beautiful tones of reds, pinks, purples and greenery. They were wild but still so glam! The floral ceremony arch (which was all Jeanette from Paramithi’s idea) and the hanging wreath above the sweetheart table stole the show. I was so sad to leave them at the venue. I just wanted to take everything home.”

We had a banner on the door leading to the ceremony area, on which the lyrics to ‘Everlasting Light’ from The Black Keys (a favourite of ours) were printed along with our logo designed by my super talented bridesmaid and best friend, Elzanne.”
